Kika’s Project is an e-commerce brand in the beauty industry, offering haircare and body care products.
The goal of our collaboration was to increase online sales, drive qualified traffic to the e-shop, and build a consistent performance-driven sales flow through digital channels.
The main challenge was the low performance of initial campaigns and the need for more precise audience targeting.
At the same time, conversion rates were limited, highlighting the need for stronger creatives and a more structured approach that would better engage users and build trust.
Our strategy focused on a performance-driven approach, optimizing every stage of the funnel.
We started by testing different audiences and creatives, identifying high-performing products and scaling what worked. At the same time, we implemented retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who had already interacted with the brand, while adjusting the strategy based on key commercial periods such as Black Friday and Valentine’s Day.
We developed and managed performance campaigns across Meta and Google, focusing on driving sales and qualified traffic.
At the same time, we expanded the content strategy beyond standard creatives, incorporating video production and influencer marketing to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
We produced video content designed for both paid and organic use, while activating a network of 50+ influencers, allowing the brand to reach new audiences in an authentic and scalable way.
This approach helped increase visibility, build trust, and support performance campaigns through content that felt native to each platform.
In parallel, we implemented a structured retargeting strategy targeting users who visited the website or added products to their cart, significantly improving conversion potential.
Over time, campaign performance improved significantly, leading to a more stable and efficient digital presence.
Website traffic increased, while purchases showed consistent growth through better audience targeting and optimized creatives. Retargeting played a key role in converting high-intent users, contributing to overall campaign effectiveness.
The project established a strong foundation for scalable performance and future growth.
